CROSS TEE SPECS
1. Automatic producing continuously max. capacity:
Plate width: 120 mm. Plate thickness: 0.35mm for galvanized steel sheet, 0.3mm for pre-pained galvanized steel sheet.
2. Forming roll transmitting system: Each step with one of worm wheel reduction gearbox, turning simultaneously.
3. Producing speed: NON-STOP 30M per minute. speed can be adjusted freely
4. SERVO TRACE hydraulic automatic punching and cut-off machine: (unique design) The punching with cutting equipment be equipped behind the forming section, automatic trace the front forming speed then do the function of punching and cutting, line with NON-STOP operation.
The punching with cutting motion of head and tail mould working at the same time, give tolerance-free, exactly the finished products dimensions be come-out.
5. Product punching mould and cut-off blade use the material of SKD11, with vacuum heat treatment, Hardness up to HRC 58 - 61, wear-resistance, good steel structure.
6. Products length : 0.6M(2 feet) or 1.2M (4 feet).
7. Production rate : Max. 50 pieces per minute, as the base of 0.6M per piece. Max. 25 pieces per minute, as the base of 1.2M per piece.
